Description
Nim, a modern-day Robinson Crusoe, is undaunted by living along on an island while her father sails off to study plankton on another island for three days. She has her friends to look after her: a sea lion and iguana. She has contact with her father via cell phone and also has a new e-mail pal. What could go wrong? Disaster seems about to ruin a nearly perfect life on an island when her father is lost at sea in a storm, and she must use her wits (and the help of her new penpal) to survive until he returns.
