Terms and Conditions for Donations to Hewitt Research Foundation
1. Acceptance of Terms By making a donation to Hewitt Research Foundation ("the Organization"), donors agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Purpose of Donation All donations received will be treated as unrestricted funds, allocated where most needed to support the Organization's mission to cultivate ways for people to understand themselves, others, and the world around them through the development and provision of curriculum, assessments, and educational resources that reflect the diverse home-education population.
3. Donor Acknowledgment All donors will receive an acknowledgment of their donation for their records and tax purposes.
4. Tax Deductibility Donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Donors should consult their tax advisors.
5. Use of Funds Donations support the Organization's mission through various educational resources and programs.
6. Privacy Policy The Organization respects donor privacy and does not share personal information without consent.
7. Refund Policy Donations are non-refundable except in cases of an error or change of mind within 7 days of the donation.
8. Limitation of Liability The Organization is not liable for any losses or damages arising from donations.
9. Changes to Terms The Organization may change these terms at any time without prior notice.
